I’m trying to change my plan but keep getting error message when choosing a perk or even no perk. Koodo is preventing me from downgrading my plan.

Hi there ​@Ace  We would recommend you to change the rate plan and skip the perk selection. We can assist you by adding the perk afterwards. Try to make the change in incognito/private mode of your browser or even a different browser or device.
