I’ve been charged for roaming on my bill on Sept 16 2025. I never crossed the boarder as I was driving on the trans Canada highway . Please remove asap

I’ve asked this before. Please reverse accidental roaming on my october bill.I did not leave canada. You rejected my last request because “As the notification was in the ongoing bill cycle, we would have to wait for the bill cycle to completed and the next invoice to be released. When you see the bill in the Self Serve account and if you see any charges that you disagree with, you can reach out here and we will gladly look into that.”Please reverse it now.PS having to post on a public forum to get a charge reversed is a privacy concern

Hello I left Canada and will not be back until 2026 March1st so I wanna pause my account. 

I like to put a seasonal hold on my services as I am overseas and will resume my account after 90 days  I want to put my services on hold and stopped payment effectively today as money keeps on coming out of my account  Can you please assist me with this.Thank you.

Please remove the roaming charges from my bill on October 4th. I did not leave the country.
