I have posted on here about my accidental roaming, told I would be credited both times and have not seen the credits for the last 4 months?  And I keep getting charged when we never leave the country!!  How can O get them credited like I have been told I would?

Suspend Service for Travel.

I am writing to formally request a seasonal hold on my account. I had previously called to ask for a vacation disconnect, but I have noticed that I was still billed for the full month, even though the account has not been in use since August 7.I kindly ask for a call back regarding this matter. In addition, I would like my account to be placed on a temporary seasonal hold until my return to Canada. Since I was unaware of this service, I respectfully request that the unused portion of my monthly fee and the roaming charges be adjusted on my bill.Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to a call back.Sincerely,

Dear Koodos Customer Support,I am writing to formally dispute the recent roaming charges of $100 applied to my account during my trip to Barbados in August.Previously, I was also charged $100 for roaming because Easy Roam was not set up correctly—or so I was told. I paid those charges under the impression that the issue was due to a setup error on my part. To ensure this would not happen again, I took the time to carefully re-enable Easy Roam on my number.However, upon arriving in Barbados and switching off airplane mode, I immediately received four overage texts (at $25, $50, $75, and $100) one after the other — indicating that the same issue has occurred again. I would like to understand how this is possible when Easy Roam has been active on my number since then, and request that these charges be removed from my account immediately.In addition, as I am now studying abroad in Ireland for the next 8–9 months, I would like my number temporarily paused /suspended at the end of the curren

i recieved roaming charges on 2 of my accounts despite not leaving Canada.

I have received Roming charges onto two of my cell phone plans. We did not leave Canada. We were on Vancouver Island. The other phones in the car did not connect, but it seems two other phones did. Can you please credit back the charges on my account before I pay the bill?

Easy Roam Fee was charged in my bill

Hi,I was charged a Easy Roam fee in my August Bill. I went to a town which is close to the US border. However, I didn’t pass the border, I stayed in the Canada zone all day. I don’t think I should be charged the roaming fee. I would be appreciate if you could cancel this roaming fee from my bill.

Perk Updating not working

I recently changed my perk online through Self Serve. Every time I log in, my old Perk still appears. When I try to change it again, it says the change has been made and that an email was sent—but I never received any email, and my Perk has not actually updated.Could you change my Perk from Data roll over to speed boast.

I also was accidentally charged roaming fees (August 10th) on two of the mobile numbers I have associated to my account. We were driving from New Brunswick to Quebec but cut through Maine, US. We turned off data before the border and waited until we were back in Canada before turning our data back on.
