Hello, I was in Niagara Falls but never crossed to the USA and I got billed $14 for a day of roaming. Can this be reversed please?

Hi,Can you put the 1 Sim card under my account on hold from now till December 31, 2025. I won't be using the Sim card until then since I am away from Canada during this period, and I don’t want to be charged for $79/month when I do not use the service at all.

Charged roaming fees when my wife did not travel the U.S.

Please remove the $14 roaming charge from our bill. We did not travel to the US. I work in Port Hope at an office on Lake Ontario and it is telling me I am roaming in the US. Something must be done to block US carriers from penetrating across the border. This is making me livid. James Benz
