Wrong bill amount

About 3 weeks ago, I changed my plan from a Tab to BYOD. At the time, I checked my tab balance and both we’re at 0 and the agent confirmed I had finished paying off my tab. He then confirmed that my plan would be $45 ( - $10 a month for atuo-pay) and my total would be $41. But I got my bill on Friday and their is still a $25 tab charge. I need this corrected?

I’d like to suspend my services temporarily. I already activated the ‘seasonal hold’ feature from Self-serve on May 7, but had to re-activate my account on June 10 to receive a very urgent and unforeseen call this month.Once that was done and I tried to pause again, it was denied, stating I had to wait another 12 months to use the feature. I’ve been out of the country for months and won’t be back until at least next year, and will still like to keep my number when I return. It’s unfair to be asked to pay full price for services I have not used for the past few months and won’t until next year.Thanks.

Hi,  today I received An incorrect USA roaming charge when I was still in Canada. We were in Mallorytown , Canada and my phone sent a notification alerting that ‘easy roam’ would be charged for use and it’s been added to my bill. Please remove the additional fees

Cannot change Perk

Hi there, I’m unable to add the Premium Voicemail Perk to my plan. It was working before I changed to a new plan a few months ago and it still shows as my selected Perk, but it’s not actually active and any attempt to select it again or change my current Perk now fails.Can someone from the Koodo team please make this change? Let me know if any more information is required. Thanks!

When travelling across Hwy 17 outside of Sault Ste. Marie I should not be getting roaming charges for being in the USA. This is not the first time, but it should be the last. You can do better Koodo, and, by the way, please reverse the $10.00 charge on my bill.

Incorrect roaming charges

Hi I have received incorrect roaming charges and did not catch it before it was charged on my bill. Please, kindly correct this issue as I did not leave the country. I have this issue nearly every month since I live near the border, and it is not practical for me to use airplane mode every time in my home area (as was previously advised by Koodo support). Considering this, could you please offer other solutions so that I do not get charged so frequently? Thank you!
