Seasonal hold

I am abroad and would like to pause my plan but keep my additional stream+ services. Can someone help with this please?Thanks!

I‘m in Korea for three months and i would like my phone on hold. I already tried through the self service page but the page is freeze and not proceed. 

I would like to put my subscription on pause until September 2026, but the website said theres only one time a year to do it.

Please help me get my plan on seasonal hold
