Have left country, but will return and want to be able to use my number as pay-as-you-go. Can you cancel my monthly contract but keep my number?Thanks!

Requesting Seasonal Hold (Abroad Since May 5)

Hi Koodo team,I’ve been abroad since May 5 and just learned about the Seasonal Hold Plan. I haven’t used any cellular service since then and would like to request a seasonal hold starting June 13, or sooner if possible.If there's any way to apply the hold retroactively from May 5, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks so much for your help!

Can you please pause my plan since I’m on a long vocation until August 24th, it does not let me to do it anymore since I did it once only for one minute just to test it and after that I change it to my plan again and now it does not let me to actually use it, in addition there was no notice or warning to tell this is going to happen.
