Hi there,

 

I’m unable to add the Premium Voicemail Perk to my plan. It was working before I changed to a new plan a few months ago and it still shows as my selected Perk, but it’s not actually active and any attempt to select it again or change my current Perk now fails.

Can someone from the Koodo team please make this change? Let me know if any more information is required.

We have completed a request form in order for the $0 Premium Voicemail perk to be added to your number. It usually takes 24 hours to update and you can start using it from your next bill cycle.

Are you referring to the Unlimited Long Distance Pack (to specific countries) Perk ?  We can see that you currently have the included perk of: Unlimited International SMS and MMS perk. Would you like to replace this with the Unlimited Long Distance Pack perk ?
