Since updating my plan/phone months ago I have not been able to select a replacement perk. I have gone through the motions many times and it takes me to the compete page and says it'll send a confirmation email but it never does and everytime I sign back in it still says I need to update my perk.

We can definitely look into that. Can you let us know what perk do you want to choose and the last 2 digits of the number that you want the perk on ?
