we are trying to change the plan for ***-***-*342 it keeps saying cant pick a perk at this time. I would like to change it to 100 g of data 5g, it goes to pick your perk I selected 5g boost and then it says I can't pick a perk at this time. Can you help me

You can change the rate plan to the desired one and skip the perk selection. We can assist you with the perk selection after the rate plan change, just let us know here when it is completed and we will assist you.
