I have been trying to change my perks for the last 4 months and your garbage website crashes every time no matter what I do.  I’ve done all of the recommended steps to change it and nothing works. Dear god how do you have the same issue for 4 months straight. Not to mention YOU DONT HAVE AN ACTUAL HELP LINE ITS JUST A GOD DAMN ROBOT UNLESS I REQUEST A CALL BACK. If your prices werent so cheap Id go somewhere else for this.

Hi ​@Nathaniel.S we can attempt to change the perk for you here. Please let us know which perk you wanted to replace your current Premium Voicemail one.

Please note, as you are switching perks, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle. 


I only want the roll over data. I dont want to pay for another perk. Just one so it’s free.


Why is this the method I need to go through to do something so simple?


We’ve attempted to add the $0 Rollover Data perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned on your account within 3 business days and will come into effect next bill cycle, thank you so much for your patience!
