I wanted to cancel my account the end of January 

I called with you guys first week of January and I asked about what I wanted

And The assistance said I need to pay once more and then I don’t need to pay anymore after last bill on January

I paid it

 

Why Did I get the bill on March?

I’m not in Canada anymore

Could you please help me?

We have looked into it and we see the account was canceled at the end of January, however, there was no payment received for the final bill.

The March bill includes the amount forwarded from the February bill (which was the final bill)
