I recently changed my perk online through Self Serve. Every time I log in, my old Perk still appears. When I try to change it again, it says the change has been made and that an email was sent—but I never received any email, and my Perk has not actually updated.

Could you change my Perk from Data roll over to speed boast.

17 is the line I’m referring to 


Thank you for confirming, we’ve attempted to add the $0 Speed Boost perk to your *17 line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience! As you are changing perks, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle.
