About 3 weeks ago, I changed my plan from a Tab to BYOD. At the time, I checked my tab balance and both we’re at 0 and the agent confirmed I had finished paying off my tab. He then confirmed that my plan would be $45 ( - $10 a month for atuo-pay) and my total would be $41. But I got my bill on Friday and their is still a $25 tab charge.

 

I need this corrected?
