Hi ​@Roaming_Charged we’re not seeing any roaming charges on your latest bill, please let us know which date(s) you’re disputing. If you’re referring to the $11.20 extra charges for long distance they’re due to calls to international numbers from Canada and are valid. For more details, please check the usage section in your self serve or you can download your bill to check the call log. 

Aug 11, 2025, 1:15pm, Length of call 1 minute, Cost $14.00.

Is this not showing up on your end?  I can take a screen shot of the charge and attach it here if you'd like?

If the charge is on the pending bill, please start a new post once the bill is issued and we will look into it further
