I was incorrectly charged for Roaming I didn't do on my August bill. (July 20, 11:32 am). After wasting a couple hours on your non-service resources with no response or effect, I paid my bill, less the erroneous charges. They've now been re-added to my September bill. PLEASE remove them from my bill (along with the late-payment charge).
