I was recently charged 42$ for roaming but I never left the country. These charges are false and need to be removed. This whole situation is very frustrating and I'm on the verge of cancelling my Koodo account and service. Please call me back so I can talk to a live rep. No more digital reps.

We could not authenticate the account based on the log in method used here. You can log out of the community and when you log back in, use the Self Serve method as shown in the following image: 

Let us know when it is completed and we will gladly look into that. 


I was wrongfully charged 42$ for roaming in the u.s when I never left the country. Please remove these charges from my bill or I will consider cancelling my account and service.
