I was charged $14 for easy roam charges while I was in canada on my most recent September bill . I live in Victoria BC bordering the US can you please remove this invalid charge and put a roaming restriction on my plan so this doesn't keep happening over and over its very frustrating and my data roaming is always off on my device. If this keeps happening I will have to change providers and I would prefer to not ha e to do that.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since it was triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.
We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.
