I was charged for easy roam in August bill but I didn’t leave my province.

Hi ​@Vanessa, we have looked into the charges you mentioned and they were triggered by calling and data usage while roaming, with no Canadian usage throughout. For more details, please check the usage section in your self serve.

The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through the Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook or Instagram.
