We have looked into it and we see there was usage for a call and one voicemail, please check the PDF bill for more details.

Okay, I can see a call made on Tue but there is no call I can see on Sat July 12 2:44am. I do not delete my call history but I could not spot any call made on July 12. Could you please look into that?
