I have incorrect minutes on my bill which must be from a scam.  How do I address

Hi ​@Frankie, we’ve checked your latest bill and if you’re referring to the $8 extra charges for long distance calling, the charges are valid. The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through the Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook or Instagram.
