Hi,

I have received roaming charges and my bill is always high. When I enrolled with Koodo I was told that my bill will be 35$ per month but it is never 35$, it’s always close to 100$. I am thinking to switch back to another couriers. Please look into my account and reimburse me for the incorrect charges.
