I have a 80cent overage charge on a phone call i never answered. Why am I being charged for it? I am only getting replies from robots

Hi
We have looked into it and we can see there was an outgoing call made to a US number, we recommend checking the PDF bill and the call history on your phone.
I absolutely did not call this number, they called me and I should not be charged.
