I was charged $14 for roaming while in Canada, Koodo team, can you please reverse this?  Can you please reverse this charge

Hi ​@Leshan, we’ve responded to your previous post here and a credit has already been added to your account for the charge. You can check the updated total in your online account under the ‘Pay Now’ section. 


Credit is not showing up on the ‘pay now’ section. When will I see the reverse charge appear?

How can I get the charges reversed?  They are not appearing on my invoice as reversed or corrected?

I was in Canada the entire time.. I’ve submitted a form but no activity or correct since?

Hi ​@Lynn E, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
