I just got notified for my previous bill period that I have to pay almost double my monthly bill (now $99) which makes no sense. I checked my bill and saw i was charged for 185 minutes of roaming? The breakdown clearly shows 3 calls made and the calls were 2,4 and 7 minutes only. I am confused as to why 13 minutes turned to 185 and couldn't find the exact charge amount in the faq. 

I made the call to make arrangements for a gift for my friends birthday in another country so I definitely feel like adding 185 minutes is incorrect as I obviously didn't speak to the flower shop that long. Please help me get this amount rectified.  Thank you

We have looked into it and we were unable to find roaming charges on your last bill.

We see there was usage for long distance calls, we recommend downloading the PDF bill in self serve and checking page 4 for more details  https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills

Thank you for your response. I was under the impression roaming and long distance calls are the same but after reading the article you sent about long distance calls I think it cleared my concern. I would like however to confirm,why does it state 185 minutes? I calculated the actual time that is mentioned on the bill and the bill amount checks out but as I mentioned the calls were only 13 minutes in total so not sure why it shows otherwise..

The 185 minutes refers to the local airtime, which wasn’t charged. This is different from the long distance calls.
