Hello, I was near the US, and was incorrectly charged for roaming. Please remove it from my bill.

We could not authenticate the account through the log in method used here. You can log out of the Community account and when you log back in, use the Self Serve method, as shown in the picture below and let us know when it is completed. 


I tried to many times and it wouldn’t let me in. It kept saying my password was invalid, even though I could log into my regular Koodo account. So I had to make a new account to log into this community network. Is there any other way to authenticate this?

If you tried in incognito mode and you are still getting the same error, please send us a message on Social media


I am not joining Facebook so that you can give me a refund on an overcharge. This system is obviously not efficient and I can see from the amount of people making this same complaint that you are waisting people’s time.

 

The self serve option has now been locked because I can’t get in. Please refund the charge. I have a screen shot of my location, you have my phone number. Or contact me through the email associated through my account and I can prove my identity in private, and not on a public forum.

As much as we want to help, we  are unable to access the account here without authenticating via self serve.

We recommend scheduling a call back with the virtual assist so a rep can further look into it.
