Was charged $7 of roaming when I wasn’t even in the US in March 2. Please waive and refund.

We have looked into it and according to the usage details, the phone was connected for data usage only to US towers until late in the evening.

We recommend checking the PDF bill and the usage section in self serve

This is false. I have proof that I was not in the US as my flight landed in Canada well before 12:00am March 2nd. Please reverse the charges


As much as we want to help, we are unable to remove the charge from our end since the usage details indicates the data usage in roaming.
