Hi I have received incorrect roaming charges and did not catch it before it was charged on my bill. Please, kindly correct this issue as I did not leave the country. I have this issue nearly every month since I live near the border, and it is not practical for me to use airplane mode every time in my home area (as was previously advised by Koodo support). Considering this, could you please offer other solutions so that I do not get charged so frequently?
