Hello,

On May 27 my husband and I (who is also on this account) were in Prince Edward County, Ontario and were charged USA roaming charges. This is incorrect.

We immediately called a Koodo representative to let them know we were not in USA. She reassured us this would not be on our bill. We looked at our bill today and both Sam and I have $14.00 on each of our accounts of USA roaming charges for that day. Please remove these charges from both of our accounts.
