Hello! Myself, as well as the 2 other accounts I have under my name, were charged roaming fees while at Presqui’le Provincial Park. We did turn off roaming after noticing, but were charged roaming fees before that. Presqui’le is really quite far from the USA….could someone please reverse these charges? Thanks.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since it was due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.
We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.
