I have been charged roaming charges repeatedly. Two months ago just once - let it go as it’s a huge hassle to try to contact Koodo for help. Last month three or four charges . Can’t deal with this. Now just got notification roaming charges today! We have cottage on the shores of Lake Huron. At least 80 miles across the lake from the US. You need to do something about this. I also need you to reflect these errors on my past two bills and any charges going forward. I will not be roaming in the US in the next four years.

A rep will reply to this, but in the mean time, you need to change your network settings from Automatic to manual and then select Koodo to prevent the unintended roaming.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since it was due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.
