Incorrect roaming fees. Charged as sending “US Text messages”, never left Canada.
Why am I having to make a community post for all to see? “The community” can’t help me and shouldn’t have to with a service I’m paying for.

We have reviewed the details and we were unable to find roaming charges on your bill. The charges are for texts to US, which are no included in your plan. We recommend checking the available perks for your plan, as there is the Unlimited International SMS perk that you can add as free perk for your plan.
