I was charged roaming fees on a previous bill, but I was not in the US. 
 

i had data roaming tuned off on my iPhone, so I’m not sure why I was getting these notifications and charges.

 

would you be able to remove the charge and credit me if already paid?

We have checked the previous 3 bills and we were unable to find any roaming fees.

Can you please let us know on which bill you were charged?

Please note that Koodo gives 30 days period to dispute any charge that you do not agree with (in case of roaming, it may extend to 90 days in case the charges appear on the bill later). You can check the Service terms here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/service-terms
