Hello, I was charged for roaming 4 times (4 x $14) but I did not leave Canada. Could you please reverse the charges? Thank you very much.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since they were triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.

With a Canada-US plan, there will be no fees for when the phone picks a US tower while near the border,. On top of that, you can use your phone without additional charges in US (some exceptions apply). Thank you. Will I get a new bill? Its not really clear on my self serve account. I see that I owe less than I did with those charges but it's still more than what I usually pay each month.

The amount on the PDF bill remains unchanged, as the adjustment was applied after the bill date, however, as you mentioned, the amount due has been adjusted.

The bill is a bit higher as there was a monthly credit which ended, you can check the previous bill on page 3 to see the details of the credit that you had.
