Keep getting charged

I keep getting extra charges, was told it was fixed but then was charged more then my regular bill still. I want a refund for this, I will be switching companys now.  Was charged 64$ when my regular bill is 55$. I have roaming off after a agent walked me through it

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges they were triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

The charges were incurred before you reached out to us previously in September and there were no other charges after that.
