I was travelling and had a separate sim for travelling. I was charged for roaming by accident for 1 day. Please remove it.

We have looked into it and based on the usage details, there was data usage and a call, which triggered the roaming charges, we recommend checking the usage section in self serve and the PDF bill for more details.
