Hello, I was charged for 2 days of roaming while at our cabin near the border but never left Canada. Can someone please reverse these incorrect charges?

Hi ​@RoamNoMore, it seems you were able to speak to our social media colleagues and they have already applied the credit for you. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
