Hi, I received $14 easy roaming daily charge for connecting to the US. However, I’m not in the US. I’m staying in Crystal Beach near the border. My roaming has been turned off the entire time. How can I prevent this from happening as I’m staying here for another 5 days?  I’d also like this charge to be reversed.   Thanks.

Hi ​@KyleV, we’ve edited your post to hide your personal information as this is a public forum. We’re not seeing any roaming charges on your latest bill. If the roaming charges are still pending for your current bill cycle, please let us know here once the bill showing the charges has been issued and we will gladly look into it for you then. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
