We can definitely look into that for you. We verified the latest invoice released and could not find any roaming charges, can you let us know what is the date or dates that you are disputing.

For the moment, we do not see any charges. They might have a delay until they are loaded and we would have to wait for the new invoice to be released. You can reach out here when you can see the invoice in the Self Serve account and if there are any fees, we would gladly look over the details.
