Please remove the roaming charges from my recent bill. I was travelling near the US border but in Canada. 

I have changed the roaming data settings in my phone for the future.

Hi ​@dnbrns, we have looked into the charges you mentioned and they were triggered by data usage while roaming, with no Canadian usage throughout the same period. For more details, please check the usage section in your self serve.

The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through the Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
