I live in Hamilton Ontario & was charged 2 sets of roaming fees on my last bill on the 27th & 28th totalling 28$. I haven’t been near the border & so are a mistake on the part of Koodo. If I could get these removed it would be much appreciated 

Hi ​@jmk, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
