I notified you that I had been charged for roaming. Apparently you replied 23 days ago but when I try to read the notification it says I am denied access and should contact my Administrator. I am the Administrator. This is my personal computer. So what is your answer, because I do not see a credit on my bill.

Hi there
As we already confirmed that the charge was accidental roaming. We applied a credit for the fee and it affected the amount due/payable. If you check your last payment made, you would see it as a payment for your regular services, since the Accidental Roaming charge was credited already.
