Hi ​@Aisuksbtgr0i, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

You don’t have to set your phone to airplane mode to avoid future charges just make sure you are manually connecting to the Koodo network and that the data roaming is off in your phone settings.
