I was working in Sooke BC on July 4th and was charged for roaming. I want that roaming charge reversed. Switching a phone to airplane mode while driving in traffic is not advised and against the law.

Hi
You don’t have to set your phone to airplane mode to avoid future charges just make sure you are manually connecting to the Koodo network and that the data roaming is off in your phone settings.
