I was in the USA but had my roaming off and got charged for a phone call I did not answer, I can see from my plan that to activate easy roam you need to call or answer a phone call but I did not answer it I let it ring. I can see from my phone history that it was a missed call but I was still charged the $14. Could this please be fixed and removed. Thank you

We have checked and we see there is 1 minute call, which triggered the roaming charge, based on the bill details.
Can you please check in your phone settings if the Apple Live voicemail is turned on or off? (Settings > Phone > Live Voicemail )
Hi, yes live voice mail was on.
It’s possible the charge was triggered by the Live Voicemail kicking in, we’d recommend keeping it off while roaming.
We have added a credit to your account for the charge, you can check it out in your self-serve.
