I got a roaming charge on June 26th before I crossed the Canada-US border around Vermont. I was still in Canada
Hi
We have looked into it and based on the data usage, the phone remained connected only to US towers from the morning until the evening, there was no Canadian usage, we recommend checking the usage section in self serve for more details.
For more info about how to prevent unwanted roaming charges, please check out this article https://community.koodomobile.com/plans-services-232910/easy-roam-understanding-how-you-will-be-charged-while-traveling-7811296
That’s not remotely true to correct.
I was in Ottawa from the morning, and travelled to the USA later in the evening. My primary line was shut off at the Vermont border prior to crossing over. It hasn’t been turned on since being in the USA.
It connected to a USA tower while I was still in Canada.
If you wish to dispute the charges further, please schedule a call back or you can send us a message on Social media
