I posted a question last week about an incorrect easy roam fee charged to my account. I got a response saying that the fee will be removed, however I still see the $14 showing up on my current bill. I am set up with autodeposit.

We have looked into it and we can confirm the charge was removed and with our previous reply and it is already reflected on your account.

The PDF bill shows the original amount but the balance due is already updated, we recommend checking in self serve.
