Contesting the 1 min of roaming fees on my last bill.

I was on a flight during the time posted and most certainly wasn't making a 1 minute call.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since it was triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.

Still appears the roaming charge is on the billing overview.

I'll wait a bit and check again.

 

 


@Shane001 The bill will still show the original amount since theadjustment has been applied after the bill date, however, the amount due/ Pay bill section should already reflect the update amount.
