I have charged for easy roam. However i haven't used it. This is my first time traveling with koodo. I am highly disappointed. I had no issues with virgin for the last 5 years. I am going to change to virgin back if u are not willing to take off the roaming charges.

Same issue , I was charge 4 times when I was in and out from one boarder to other

Hi there @Gokul

We verified the usage and the Easy Roam charge was activated due to 4 answered calls varying between 1-3 minutes in duration.

You can check the detailed vies by downloading the invoice as PDF.

@Garychong  We already responded to your inquiry in your main post.

That is incorrect. I haven't received any calls during this bill period. I checked my phone log. Please withdraw the charges or else i am changing my service provider.

@Gokul

As much as we want to help, we are unable to remove the charges since the bill details indicate there are several calls, kindly check the April bill, page 4 for details of the charges.

If  you need more details regarding the usage, please let us know and we can send you a PM.

Thats not right. I made one call and it didnt connect, next day i received a call and talked. For that i was charged 32$ on my previous bill. And i paid it too. I dont know why u charged 16$ again on this bill too. I checked my call logs i havent made any calls or received it.

I checked the pdf of 2 bills , i used roaming feature on march 17 and 18th. But u charged me for 2 days ( $32) on my previous bill and for one day ( 16$ ) on this months bill . One of the 16$ should be removed. Please recheck and rectify this.

Either u give me a refund of  for last month or take the roaming charges off from this bill.

@Gokul

The other charge in March was incurred before the ones on March 17 and 18, and it was triggered due to outgoing text messages.

You can check the March PDF bill page 4 for the timestamp, and the usage section for the details of the usage.

If you wish to dispute the charges further, you can schedule a call back with the virtual assist or send us a message on social media using the links at the bottom of this page
