Hello! 
I’ve had 3 roaming charges over the past month, when I haven’t left Canada at all. I don’t even have a passport, lol. 
I do have a job directly beside the boarder, but I have no left Canada at all! Thank you 

Hi ​@Rversluis, we’ve checked your March bill and found 2 roaming charges, as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

Both charges were triggered by outgoing SMS while your phone was connected to US towers. To avoid future charges please make sure that you are manually connecting to the Koodo network and that the data roaming is off in your phone settings.
