Once again I've been charged for roaming. Never left Canada. I live near the border. My phone roaming is turned off yet I am still charged most months. Please deactivate this feature. I will never roam and use roaming in the states if I ever choose to go there. Please refund the charges. 

Hi ​@JackyI, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

Having the data roaming off will only prevent charges cause by data usage, not SMS or calling. The charge was triggered by outgoing SMS while your phone was connected to an US tower. To avoid future charges please make sure you are manually connecting to the Koodo network and that the data roaming remains off in your phone settings.
