Hi ​@hdhawan3171, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

Regarding your rate plan price, there is a notification on your March bill advising you of the upcoming increase starting with your April bill. If you’d like to review other plans, you can check other available ones in your self serve account, and here is a guide to changing your plan.
