Hello I was charged 4 easy roam because I was in Belgium but my phone number was desactivated at that time to avoid this issue. I do not understand why it happened and I can not find trace of any call received on my phone at the dates stated on my bill.

We have looked into it and based on the bill details, there are 2 calls and 2 voicemails which triggered the roaming charges, we recommend checking the PDF bill for more details.

If I received voicemail and did not respond this was for a good reason
