I have accidentally roaming charges on my bill. I know to turn off the automatic carrier on my cell. Please remove the charges

We could not authenticate the account through the log in method used here. You can log out of the Community account and when you log back in, use the Self Serve method, as shown in the picture below and let us know when it is completed. 


Hello - it will not let me log in with the sso. Says there is an unexpected error. Ive tried multiple times.

We recommend trying in incognito mode or on a different broweser if possible.
